Plot Summary[]
Numbuh 4 starts developing werewolf features, including hands, ears, feet, teeth, a tail, and a head. Numbuh 2 assumes it's just a normal part of growing up, but it becomes clear that something else is going on. It turns out that Chester had exposed him to magical full moon dust that transformed him into a Kids Next Door werewolf operative.
