Numbuh 64.740 is a hungry deep sea scientist who appeared in Operation: V.I.R.U.S. and later in both Operation: S.C.I.E.N.C.E. and Operation: A.M.I.S.H. He is mainly a background character and wears red glasses. He was seen in the lunchroom and his only line was: "Oh man. Not another intruder alert!" Then he was swept away in a wave with the rest of the kids in said lunchroom. He orders chicken burger, rootbeer and fries at KFC.
